Support Network - Florida
Chapter
This
national non-profit 501(c)(3) organization is
very active in supporting firefighters that find
themselves dealing with life threatening cancer.
And educating the fire service in ways to
minimize the inherent risk associated with our
chosen profession.

Quantum
House
We
are once again reaching outside the fire service
family to assist a local charity. The Quantum
House is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization
that is locally supported by agencies that
volunteer their time and services to help the
families during their stay. The goal of the
Quantum House is to provide a caring and
supportive home that lessens the burden for
families whose children are receiving treatments
for serious medical conditions in Palm Beach
County. This organization was chosen
specifically by Butch Smith as a recipient for
this year’s event because they help the families
of children that are going through treatments in
our local area. |

The Professional
Firefightes and Paramedics Benevolent Fund, Inc.
has partnered with us every year and this
partnership allows us to support our community
and fire service members in their times of need.
The Benevolent Fund was established in 2008 as a
non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that is
supportive of our fire service members and the
communities that they
serve. |
